“We recently had Kevin from KMW Loft Ladders supply and install a loft ladder and boarding in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! From the very beginning, Kevin was quick to respond to our enquiry and came out to measure up soon after. He provided a very reasonable and competitive quote, and we were able to book a date that suited us perfectly. On the day of the job, Kevin arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was efficient, tidy, and clearly took great care in our home. The quality of his work is excellent — everything was done to a high standard and he took the time to demonstrate everything and ensure we were completely happy before he left. “Kevin arrived on time, setup, and pretty much cracked on. Very happy with the end result as you can see. The ceiling was an older lathe and plaster make (old house), but Kevin was careful and the installation was well done. Cleaned up well after completing the work, just left me a little dusting to do! Solid work, thanks very much Kevin.”

A word from a customer

“Fantastic job by Kevin, he fitted our loft ladder back in July so perfectly so I asked him back in August to board out the loft properly, which wasn't the easiest loft due to all the roof trusses and walls but he dealt with it all the same, including fitting whst he called stepping stones in between every truss. Also neatened up the access hatch. As a result I now have very good and easily accessible storage up there. Real gentleman who takes time to explain all the options, I like the way he turns up with the various ladder types on his van so there is no need to make a difficult choice ahead of time, his method of working makes it so easy.”

“Kevin installed a loft ladder, loft boarding and LED batten light in our loft. Survey arranged promptly, date for installation easy to book. On the day of installation, Kevin turned up at 8:30am, did our installation and was all completed by 3pm with all materials removed and the place totally tidied. Really keen price compared to other companies advertising on google. Great service. Would definitely recommend!”

“Exceptional service (highly recommended). I wanted some advice about how to improve the loft access - an old wooden board that had to be moved aside with the aid of a portable ladder - just not good enough nowadays. After initial contact, Kevin came around the next day and clearly explained my options. Since my initial impressions were very positive and his van was fully loaded, the work was done right there and then. A brilliant job done very quickly and efficiently.”
